I Lost Access to My Best Tokens After Best Wallet Update and Can’t Recover Them

On May 6th, I purchased Best Tokens during the presale using the Best Wallet app. Everything appeared fine at first, but later that evening, I suddenly couldn’t access the app at all. I noticed a new update had been released, so I installed it—only to find that all of my Best Tokens had disappeared afterward.
I reached out to the support team, and they told me I needed to perform a recovery. At first, there wasn’t even a recovery button available. After I followed up again, they finally added it. I completed the recovery process exactly as instructed, but my tokens are still missing.
This is completely unacceptable. I invested money into this presale, and now I can’t even access the tokens I paid for. The lack of communication and the delayed, unhelpful support is incredibly frustrating. I’m demanding immediate assistance to restore access to my tokens or return the funds I spent. I expect transparency and a resolution—not silence.
