BestWallet Update Wiped My ETH & Tokens—Getting "Email Different" Error

I had ETH, tokens, and other coins in my BestWallet, but after the latest update, everything disappeared! When I logged in, my balance was completely empty. Thinking it was a glitch, I logged out and back in—only to get an "Email Different" error.
My email is still active, so this is clearly a BestWallet issue, not a mistake on my end. I can’t access my funds, and there is no clear solution available. This is unacceptable!
BestWallet, fix this immediately! Where is my money? I need a real response and a solution ASAP before I escalate this further. Users, beware—your funds may not be safe after updates!
