I opened my Best Wallet only to find it completely empty—all my funds and presale tokens were gone! I never shared my information with anyone, and the only change I made was updating the app. After that, everything disappeared.

I have tried researching solutions, but I can’t find a fix. There’s no clear support, and I have no idea how to recover my lost assets. This is unacceptable!

Best Wallet, explain what happened! Where did my tokens go, and how can I get them back? I need an immediate response and a solution, or I will escalate this issue further. Users, beware—your funds may not be safe!
