I placed an order with Bershka (Order No: 40244512461) for a pair of wide-ankle heeled boots in reddish brown, choosing the home delivery with express shipping option. I paid a total of $121, including the extra fee for fast delivery. I placed the order on Sunday, and by Tuesday, I received a notification that the item had arrived at the Beşiktaş branch. However, it has now been three days, and the order is still marked as “out for delivery” without ever being delivered.
I was told the product would be delivered no later than Tuesday. Yesterday evening, I contacted Bershka’s WhatsApp support, and they assured me that the delivery would arrive by 8:30 PM, but it never did. When I followed up again, I was told that they couldn’t assist me. I also tried calling Kargoist and Bershka customer service multiple times, but no one answered and I never received any callback.
I demand that my order be delivered to me by 3:00 PM today at the latest. If the issue is not resolved and my order is not delivered as promised, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
