Bershka Pants Tore and Wore Out Quickly, Store Refused to Assist

I deeply regret purchasing from Bershka. I bought a pair of pants from the Ankara/Kentpark store, and in a short time, the side pockets tore, and the front areas became pilled and deformed. When I returned to the store to address the issue, they dismissed me, claiming it was "user error" and offered no solution.

This is unacceptable for a brand I trusted. The quality of the product is far below expectations, and the lack of customer support has left me extremely disappointed. Bershka, I will never shop from your brand again. You’ve caused me unnecessary inconvenience, and I demand accountability for selling such low-quality items. Please resolve this issue immediately.
