I deeply regret purchasing from Bershka. I bought a pair of pants from the Ankara/Kentpark store, and in a short time, the side pockets tore, and the front areas became pilled and deformed. This is unacceptable for a brand I trusted. The quality of the product is far below expectations, and the lack of customer support has left me extremely disappointed.
