Bershka Linen Pants Worn Out in Less Than 2 Months – Requesting Replacement


I purchased two pairs of linen pants from Bershka, and this is the condition they’re in after less than two months. I’ve worn each pair less than ten times, yet both have torn in the exact same spot, making them unwearable. When I went to the store to ask for a replacement or refund, I was told that since more than a month had passed, neither would be possible. It’s frustrating that the company’s poor product quality results in the customer bearing the consequences. I expect Bershka to resolve this issue and compensate me for the defective products. I am seeking a resolution for this situation as I feel completely let down by the quality of the pants.
