Bershka Coat Faded and Stained Twice Within a Month

I deeply regret purchasing a coat from Bershka. Within less than a month, the coat changed color twice. Initially, I thought the issue was caused by my bag and contacted the Mall of Istanbul branch. However, they dismissed my concerns, saying there was nothing they could do. After much effort, I managed to remove the stains and bought a new bag from Stradivarius, only for the green stains to reappear today.

I have two other light-colored coats in my closet that remain perfectly fine, yet this Bershka coat seems to discolor on its own. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I regret buying it and expect Bershka to address this issue promptly.
