I purchased a jacket from Bershka a year ago but didn’t wear it until recently when the weather got colder. After wearing it for barely a week, the jacket’s leather started peeling off like flakes. Despite taking good care of it, the quality turned out to be extremely poor for a brand like Bershka.
Unfortunately, I lost the receipt, as I paid in cash, but this shouldn’t affect my ability to request a refund or replacement for a defective product. It’s unacceptable for a jacket to deteriorate so quickly after minimal use.
I expect Bershka to stand behind their products and provide a solution promptly. Please assist in resolving this issue, as this situation is very disappointing.
