Bershka did not accept the return of the coat even though it was not the customer's fault. Although I wore the product very little, it pilled excessively, and it looks bad because of the pilling. They claimed it was the customer's fault, which felt unfair considering how careful I was with it. I made my return request just a month after receiving it, so it is impossible for the coat to have gotten into this condition in such a short time. I could not wear it after it reached this state. Additionally, the fabric quality was poor, and it is disappointing to have paid so much money for a coat made of a fabric that pilled so much.
