My clothing orders from Bershka are repeatedly being returned by the shipping company Birgündekargo for invalid reasons, and I have now started experiencing serious inconvenience. Including today, my last two orders were marked as returned on their own, without ever being delivered to me.
Regarding the most recent issue, for order number 243111131382, the shipping company stated the reason as “packaging defect,” which I find invalid and completely unsatisfactory. Constantly facing cancellations and returns while waiting for my orders is causing both a waste of time and significant frustration.
I request that Bershka and Birgündekargo review the process related to my orders, put an end to these arbitrary and unreasonable cancellation/return actions, and make the necessary arrangements so that I can receive my products without any further issues.
