Bershka Order Marked as Shipped but Never Delivered

I am writing regarding my Bershka online order, number 40362428954, which has still not been delivered despite the promised delivery date having passed.
I placed this order on May 8 through the Bershka website. According to the information provided during the purchase process, the expected delivery date was May 12. However, the order was never delivered to me.
For days, the order status has remained stuck at "Your order has been shipped." Despite this status, it appears that the package was never actually handed over to a courier company and has not entered the delivery network. As a result, I have neither received my order nor been able to initiate a return process, since the shipment has never reached me.
During this period, I repeatedly attempted to obtain support through Bershka's WhatsApp channel. Unfortunately, I did not receive any meaningful response or useful information regarding the whereabouts of my order. I also tried contacting customer service by phone, but I was only met with automated voice responses and was unable to reach a live representative who could investigate or resolve the issue.
The lack of communication and the inability to obtain assistance have left me in a difficult position. I have paid for products that I have not received, and there is still no clear information about what happened to my order.
I respectfully request that Bershka urgently investigate order number 40362428954 and either arrange for the products to be delivered to me immediately or issue a full refund without further delay.
In addition, I request a clear explanation regarding the current status of the order, why the shipment appears to have stalled, and what steps are being taken to resolve the matter.
I expect prompt action and a satisfactory resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
