I am writing regarding my Bershka online order, number 40285933295, which I placed three days ago and which has still not been shipped.
Since placing the order, I have been monitoring the order tracking page regularly. However, I have not seen any progress or status update indicating that the package has been prepared, handed over to the carrier, or dispatched for delivery.
Concerned about the delay, I attempted to contact customer service to obtain information regarding my order. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive any clear or helpful explanation. No specific information has been provided about the current status of the order, the reason for the delay, or the estimated shipping date.
