I placed an order from Bershka on 25 February to be delivered to Ankara Keçiören. In this order, I purchased a leather jacket and a V-neck grey blouse with the order number 40353396064. However, although the system shows that the order was delivered on 27 February, no product has been delivered to me and nothing has been received at my address. I wrote to Bershka via WhatsApp about this situation but I have not received any response yet and my problem is still unresolved. I am unable to find out where my products are even though the status is marked as delivered. I request that my order be urgently investigated, that the leather jacket and V-neck grey blouse be resent to my address, or, if this is not possible, that my payment be fully refunded.
