Bershka Order Cancellation Without My Knowledge

On November 27, 2025, I placed an order from Bershka totaling ₺6,290, including a few tops, a jacket, a shirt and trousers. The delivery was announced for the period between December 10, 2025 and December 12, 2025. I waited for days for my order to be shipped, and without any prior information or justification, my order was suddenly canceled. On December 2, 2025, at 8:36 PM, I received an email saying, “Your order has been successfully canceled.” This one-line automated message is the only notification I received. When I contacted customer service today, I was told that the products were out of stock. However, when I checked the application, I clearly saw that every single item in my order was still shown as in stock and available for purchase. Despite this, my money was held for five days, my order was canceled without my consent, and only then was a refund initiated. I find it seriously unacceptable and unethical that my money was blocked and used in this way while the products were still being sold as if nothing had happened. After all this, offering me a mere 10% discount code as an “apology” is an insult rather than a solution. This attitude trivializes the problem and clearly disregards the customer. I do not accept this approach, and I do not accept a simple refund as if nothing is wrong. I openly and clearly demand that all the products I purchased at a discount be supplied and shipped to me in full, even if they are sent in separate packages, at the exact discounted prices I originally paid, and that this be done urgently. I do not accept being deprived of my right to benefit from the discounted prices due to Bershka’s internal stock and system problems. I consider myself to have been victimized and my trust in the brand has been seriously damaged. My order number is 40253298467, and I demand that this situation be immediately and thoroughly examined and that my rights be fully and without delay restored.
