OFM Hospital Emergency Room Doctor Ignored My Injury and Provided Minimal Care
On June 19, 2025, I went to Dokuma OFM Hospital after I cut my hand with a knife. As a result, the doctor did not properly examine or care for me and simply stitched my hand and sent me away. On top of that, they spoke to me in a mocking manner, saying that they could only issue a one-day medical report.
After the procedure was finished, I waited there for about one hour. Eventually, the doctor came and told me, “I can only give a one-day report.” There was zero concern or follow-up. No X-ray was taken of my hand, and no proper evaluation was done. They simply stitched my hand and discharged me from the hospital immediately.
I am asking that this hospital be investigated. My life and health should not be treated as insignificant. I was discharged after receiving stitches without any thorough examination. I also have photos documenting my condition.
