OFM Hospital Emergency Room Doctor Was Dismissive and Unprofessional

On Wednesday, October 15, I was examined by Dr. N** Ş****** in the emergency department of Antalya OFM Hospital. During the examination, I was disappointed to observe that the doctor was very inattentive and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. In addition, there were serious issues with the hospital’s overall cleanliness; the environment was quite dirty, and I observed that basic hygiene standards were not being followed.

I also noticed that the staff working at the reception desk were indifferent and unhelpful. However, I would like to thank the nurse who took care of me in the observation room, as she was very attentive and supportive.

I was exposed to these negative conditions for approximately one hour. I did not have any contact with hospital management or the patient rights department regarding this complaint.

I am requesting that these negative issues be addressed, that I receive an apology, that necessary improvements be made regarding cleanliness, that the doctor involved be formally warned, and that I be provided with feedback regarding the actions taken.
