Tango App Suddenly Blocked My Device Without Any Warning

While using the Tango app, today on January 5, 2026, I suddenly received a message saying “Your device has been blocked” for no apparent reason, and from that moment on, I have been completely unable to log into the app. Having my device banned without receiving any warning, email, or notification about a rule violation both surprised me and caused me significant inconvenience.
I was using my Tango account normally and did not use any third-party apps, hacks, or unauthorized tools. Despite this, receiving a direct device ban has completely blocked my access to both my account and the application.
I am requesting that Tango officials thoroughly review the device restriction applied to my account, lift the device ban if it was applied unfairly, and provide me with a clear explanation as to why this restriction was imposed.
