Bershka Order Delayed 13 Days — No Tracking
On October 29, 2025, I ordered a men’s leather jacket for $59 at the Bershka store in Adana Optimum. My order number is 40247642969. On October 30, I was told the item had shipped, but 13 days later it still hasn’t been delivered. During this time, I called the store 4–5 times and visited twice. Each time I was told to “wait for a message,” with no clear information provided.
No tracking number was shared, and I received no email updates. I was originally told the order would arrive within one week, but I still have no package. When I requested a refund, I was told the item must arrive first before any return can be processed. The indifference of the store staff has added to my frustration.
I request that my order be immediately canceled and that my $59 be refunded without further delay.
