I was contacted by customer service regarding my birthday gift, which had not been applied to my account. They assured me that I could schedule an appointment at Benefit Brow Service to redeem it. However, when I called the store, they said my name was not in the system.
I contacted customer service again, and they confirmed that the store had been informed and that I could proceed with the appointment. When I arrived, the staff denied receiving any notice and treated me as if I was lying. They refused to assist me, telling me to call customer service again. After yet another call, I was told that I could book my appointment as planned.
At the store, I was made to wait indefinitely, with no clear answer. They simply said, "D** will come, just wait."** When I asked how long, they shrugged and said she was out for lunch, and apparently, everyone else was, too. The unprofessional attitude and complete disregard for customer service were incredibly frustrating.
This lack of coordination and dismissive treatment is unacceptable. The company needs to address its customer service failures and ensure proper communication between customer support and store staff.
