Sephora Benefit Brow Service Left My Brows Uneven and Misshaped


On August 17, 2024, I visited the Sephora store at Akasya for a brow and upper lip service. Unfortunately, the person performing the service shaped my brows unevenly, leaving them noticeably different from each other. The right brow was poorly cut and shaped, making the imbalance very apparent. I paid ₺550 for this service, expecting professional results, but the outcome was far from satisfactory. This level of service is unacceptable for the price I paid. I demand a resolution from Sephora, whether it’s a refund or corrective action to fix the mistakes. I trusted their Benefit Brow Service for quality, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed.
