Benefit Brow Bar at Ankara Cepa Fails to Deliver Promised Service

I visited the Benefit Brow Bar at your Ankara Cepa store for the "Golden Ratio Brow Design" service. However, the experience was far from what was promised. No proper mapping or detailed consultation was done before the procedure. Despite being performed by a so-called expert, my brows were left overly thick and poorly shaped.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction, no effort was made to correct the issue. As someone who has used this service before, I’ve noticed that as prices increase, the quality significantly drops. For a ₺550 service, I expected much more attention to detail and professionalism.

This level of service is unacceptable. I could have received better results for half the price at a standard salon. Please address this issue promptly!
