For the past 1.5 months, I have been unable to book an appointment for the Sephora Benefit Brow Bar service at any store. Every time I access the appointment system, I receive a “no availability” warning for all locations. I tried on different days, at different times, and even on different devices and browsers, but the result has not changed. My customer number is 9001071407737.
During this process, I also contacted customer service, but I did not receive any response. Since this is a service that is charged only after the brow shaping procedure, I have not made any prior payment.
I request that this issue in the appointment system be resolved urgently so that I can book an appointment without any problems. I also ask that the system be improved overall so that customers do not experience this kind of inconvenience.
