Benefit Brow Appointment Denied Due to Minor Delay

I arrived 5 minutes late for my Benefit brow appointment, but the staff member scheduled to perform the service arrived 10 minutes late themselves. Despite this, I was told that my appointment couldn’t proceed because I was "late," resulting in a total of 15 minutes wasted.

This policy is absurd and completely unacceptable, especially given that the delay was largely on the employee's part. I was left without the service I booked and wasted my time visiting the store.

As a result, I will no longer visit Benefit stores or recommend them to anyone. Losing customers over such poor handling of appointments reflects badly on the brand. I demand an explanation and a more customer-oriented policy moving forward.
