Sephora Benefit Brow Bar Ruined My Brows Despite Clear Instructions
I recently visited the Benefit Brow Bar at Akmerkez Sephora and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite clearly explaining how I wanted my eyebrows shaped, my thick brows were thinned significantly. During the process, I was falsely told I had a brow lamination when no such procedure had been done.
When I pointed out that my brows were overly thinned, the response I received was dismissive: "I don’t think they’re too thin, but if you don’t like it, you can go elsewhere next time." This was followed by a complete lack of accountability or apology, even after I showed a photo of my naturally thick brows to prove their mistake.
I am highly dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism and careless attitude. I expect Sephora to take responsibility for this mishandling and ensure such incidents do not occur again.
