Problematic Installation and Warranty on Beko Washers

We received a Beko 9102 model washing machine from Eregli, Karadeniz, yesterday. The installation crew arrived last night, but they neglected to remove one of the four safety locks located at the back of the washing machine. They arrived for installation but pretended to sell, offering something for 400 TL and then suggesting a 2,500 TL warranty extension. Remember that your job is not sales, but installation. We ran the machine yesterday, and it was extremely loud, like a bomb exploding. I'm not going to use this machine. It's absurd that a brand-new machine from yesterday was damaged due to an installation error. I am demanding a replacement.
