Beko Fails to Fix My CMXD9100 Washing Machine Under Warranty
I purchased a Beko CMXD9100 washing machine about a year ago from the Beko store in Diyarbakır. Although the product is still under warranty, about a week ago, the door gasket or its wire came off, and the machine is now completely unusable. After experiencing this issue, I called customer service, and the automated system recorded a service request, but I have not received any follow-up to date. My service request number is 497116453. Despite the urgency of the situation, no solution has been provided, and my grievance continues. Since my machine is under warranty, I am requesting a product replacement. I kindly ask that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.

The service came, installed the wire, and said mockingly, 'Couldn't you do it?' I absolutely, absolutely want the machine to be replaced.
Never again. I requested a replacement for the Beko product, but still no one has lifted a finger. The service came and mockingly just fixed the wire and asked if there was anything else. I am requesting a replacement, please. Right now, I am trying to collect the necessary documents from where I bought it, and I will file a lawsuit in the Consumer Court for selling a defective product.
