My  Beko Air Conditioner Still Not Installed

I bought an air conditioner from Koctaş on July 18, 2023. It was made by Beko. As the owner of a business, I waited patiently for the August 4th meeting. But they didn't show up on time, even though it was very hot. Since August 4, I've been trying hard to get in touch with customer service reps at Antalya service and Beko's solution center, but nothing has worked. They still haven't given me a new appointment as of August 6th. To make matters worse, the Antalya service can't be reached and only gives excuses. Having to deal with Beko's lack of communication and inability to help me has made me feel frustrated. It looks like I have no choice but to tell people not to buy a Beko air conditioner. I let fate decide whether I lose a customer or waste my own time.
