Beko Increases The Price And Does Not Deliver Air Conditioner
On July 16, 2023, I placed an order for an air conditioner at www.beko.com.tr with order number 100626960. Air conditioners were raised by 2000 TL after I placed my order. Today, 05/08/2023, they have still not delivered the air conditioner, they have not contacted me in any way, and they are waiting for me to cancel my order. When I called customer service, they said it was busy and would arrive in 2-10 working days. It's the twentieth day and they still haven't delivered. For three weeks, the world brand Beko was unable to deliver an air conditioner. None of the customer service representatives I spoke with were solution-oriented. They all claim to have forwarded it to the appropriate department, but no department is interested. I've also filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. On the other side of the world, rockets are being launched into space in three weeks, while I am still waiting for a Beko air conditioner on these hot summer days...
