Beko - Arçelik's service has been super unsatisfactory on June 25th, 2023, I hit up the Torbalı service to get my shiny new Beko air conditioner installed and up and running. Luckily, it was still covered by warranty. But, even after the service guys did some work on the indoor unit, the AC still didn't work. So basically, they were like, "Oops! We totally forgot to open the valve on the outdoor unit when we installed it, which messed up the air conditioner." the service person got in touch with the contractor who built the 24 apartments. Turns out, the contractor put in Beko air conditioners in all the units before selling them. They asked if they could take the elevator to get to the outdoor unit of my AC. But the contractor was like, "Nah, we gave you a vehicle when we first installed it, so this current problem ain't our fault. It's all on you, buddy." They just straight-up hung up the phone without even offering to help. and again, I had to call the Arçelik - Beko communication line for some help. They told me that the service would come to my place between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM on 07/15/2023 to turn on the AC. So, I ended up canceling my work appointment in another city and just chilled at home until 8:26 PM. But guess what? The service team totally ghosted me. They didn't bother showing up or even giving me a heads up about the delay. How rude! Due to the repeated issues with the brand and service, I feel compelled to take my case to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Consumer Court for a resolution. can't describe how annoyed by the terrible service and support I've been getting from both the brand and the contractor.
