Shortly after purchasing my Beko television and other appliances on 06.05.2024, I noticed a white patch covering about twenty-five percent of the bottom corners of the screen, appearing when turned on and off. This white patch is visible not only during power cycling but also on any content displaying a black screen. I reported the issue to the service, and the device was taken for inspection, but they claimed there was no problem. I expressed my disagreement and informed them that the issue persisted. Despite reaching out multiple times, the response remained the same: no problem. I've exhausted all avenues to address the situation, but the feedback received insists there's no fault, and the TV will be returned. This unacceptable situation for the price paid. I expect Beko to address this matter promptly. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action if the issue remains unresolved.
