Fissler Vitaquick Pressure Cooker Dries Out Food and Fails to Retain Water
About one year ago, I purchased a Fissler Vitaquick Green pressure cooker through an online sales channel. Even though I have used the product correctly almost from the very first day, it does not retain the water inside and completely dries out during cooking. By the end of the cooking process, there is no water left in the pot at all. As a result, the food does not cook properly and turns out dry and undercooked. I have not yet taken the product to an authorized service center or back to the seller, but I am extremely disappointed that a product at this price level cannot perform such a basic function. Although I paid approximately $230 for this product, I am definitely not receiving the quality or performance I expected. I request that Fissler inspect the Vitaquick Green pressure cooker I purchased, conduct a technical evaluation if necessary, and, if the product is found to be defective, replace it with a new one.
