Beko Canceled My Beko AC 6030 Air Cooler Order Due to Stock Issues

Today, Beko representatives called me regarding an air cooler I ordered on June 6, 2024, and said the order had to be canceled due to insufficient stock. I did not accept this and reiterated that I specifically wanted the product. I created an account on www.beko.com.tr, made the payment, and purchased the "Beko AC 6030 Air Cooler" on June 6, 2024. When I bought the product, there were no stock issues, and if there had been, I wouldn't have been able to purchase it from their official website (assuming they don't sell imaginary products).

On June 7, 2024, around 11:00 AM, I called the company for information. The staff was very friendly and confirmed that the order was in their system and there were no issues; they said it would be delivered to me within 10 business days. When the product's arrival was delayed, I called customer service on June 12, 2024, at 3:43 PM. They told me the product had been given to their partner shipping company and that I could track it using the order number provided.

However, today, June 13, 2024, at 10:06 AM, they called again and said the order would be canceled due to the product being out of stock. I explicitly told the customer service representative that I do not accept the cancellation of my order. I want the product I paid for and have been waiting for 8-9 days to receive. This situation is unacceptable. I placed the order, confirmed stock availability with customer service, and was informed the product had been handed over to the shipping company for delivery within 10 business days. Now they tell me the order is canceled due to stock issues.

How can such a large company take orders without verifying stock availability? Customer service told me the product was with the shipping company. There are records and timestamps of my calls that can be checked. I informed the representative that I do not accept the cancellation of my order. Considering consumer rights and the fact that I have been waiting for almost two weeks, I cannot accept the cancellation of my paid order. I demand the delivery of my "Beko AC 6030 Air Cooler" with order number 108293926, as per the company's initial commitment.

They called from customer service, and I canceled the order. They informed me that the product is no longer manufactured and that delivery is not possible, so I reiterated the situation and the problem. I canceled the order through customer service and am awaiting a refund.
