I am dissatisfied with the annual Digiturk Bein Sports Sports Package service I purchased through Tod TV. During broadcasts, the image quality constantly deteriorates, and the stream freezes. Despite my internet speed being high and trouble-free, the fact that I experience these problems clearly indicates that the issue is entirely on Tod TV's side. I have contacted customer service repeatedly to resolve this situation, but no solution has been provided. When I requested a decoder, I received the response, "We cannot provide a decoder because you purchased it through Tod; you need to purchase it through Bein Connect." I believe that since I purchased the service through Tod TV, the solution should also be provided by the same company. I live in Kilis and cannot benefit from the service at all. For this annual subscription, for which I paid ₺329, I am not receiving the value I paid for and am experiencing a significant grievance. I demand that the service quality be corrected immediately, that decoder support be provided, or alternatively, that my payment be refunded under the Consumer Protection Law. I hereby state that I will resort to legal channels if these conditions are not met.
