Tod Platform Ignored My Complaints and Refused Refund for Unused Sports Package
I purchased a Sports Package subscription from the Tod platform about a month ago, and I live in Antakya, Hatay. From the very first day of my subscription, I haven’t been able to watch any broadcasts due to inadequate internet infrastructure in my area. I tried to contact customer service both by phone and through online messaging, but I never received any response. I even reached out on Twitter, where they promised to call me back, but no one ever did.
I paid the subscription fee in advance. I also requested to switch to a physical device to resolve the issue, but I wasn’t given any assistance. When I asked for my subscription to be canceled and the payment refunded, I was told that the problem with the internet connection was my responsibility, so a refund could not be issued.
Since I haven’t been able to use the online service at all, I’m primarily requesting a refund for the subscription fee I paid. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
