On 20-03-26 I made a deposit of 500 to my Bdg Win account via bank transfer from my Bank of Baroda account. The transfer was made from 62327286**@axl to 88815213***@mbkns, and it shows as a successful transaction and full payment in my bank application. Despite this, the 500 has still not been credited to my Bdg Win account with UID 14375364. More than 7 hours have passed since the successful transfer, but the balance in my Bdg Win account has not been updated. I contacted Bdg Win customer support and was only told to wait patiently, but there has been no solution and my deposit is still missing. I request that my 500 deposit be immediately and correctly credited to my Bdg Win account with UID 14375364, or otherwise refunded back to my Bank of Baroda account without any loss, along with a clear explanation of the delay.
