BDG Game Paytm UPI Deposit Failed and Money Was Never Credited or Refunded

I made a deposit of 300 rupees to my BDG Win account via UPI on 19 December 2025, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Win balance even though it has been debited from my account. The UPI transaction reference for this payment is 212017388384. After noticing that the deposit did not reflect in my BDG Win account, I contacted BDG Win customer support. However, they only told me to wait and so far no concrete solution, explanation, or update has been provided about my missing 300 rupees. I request that my 300 rupees deposit with UPI reference number 212017388384 be immediately credited to my BDG Win account, or that a clear explanation be given about the delay and the status of this transaction.
