BDG Win Deposit Not Credited - UTR Issue Not Resolved

I deposited 9,500 Rs on 10/02/2026 through a third party for a Bdg Win transaction, but this amount has still not been reflected in my ID. The UTR number of the transaction is 397051888506. Since that date, I have been waiting for the deposit to be credited, but it has now been one month and eight days and the issue remains unresolved. During this period, I have contacted Bdg Win multiple times and have sent them the live transaction PDF and video evidence around five to seven times. Every time, I am only told to be patient, but no concrete solution has been provided and my money is still not visible in my ID. I request that my 9,500 Rs deposit, which has not been credited despite successful payment, be refunded directly to my bank account as soon as possible, or that a clear and permanent solution be provided without any further delay.
