I made a deposit to my Bdg Win Game account on 27/02/2026 in the amount of 500 Rs via UPI using the PhonePe application. The amount was debited from my PhonePe account, and the transaction was completed with Transaction ID T2602272222397860287178 and UTR number 106810776291, but the money has still not been credited to my Bdg Win Game balance. After noticing that the deposit did not arrive, I contacted Bdg Win Game customer support. They informed me that my payment is under review and asked me to wait patiently, but despite this, the balance has still not been updated and I have not received any clear resolution. I request that my 500 Rs deposit, made on 27/02/2026 via PhonePe UPI, be promptly credited to my Bdg Win Game account or the amount be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. If you are unable to credit the deposit to my account, I kindly ask that you return my money to me as soon as possible.
