BDG Did Not Credit My UPI Deposit Despite Successful Payment

I made a UPI deposit of ₹500 from my SBI bank account to my BDG trading account today at around 2:00 a.m. The transaction is showing as “paid” on my side, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG account. Despite the payment status appearing successful, my BDG balance has not been updated, and I have not received any response from BDG regarding this issue. I request that my ₹500 be immediately and correctly credited to my BDG trading account, or that the issue be checked and resolved as soon as possible.
