BDG Game Payment Deducted but Not Credited

I am writing regarding a missing deposit in my BDG Game account. Four days ago, I made a deposit of ₹500 via UPI for BDG Game. The payment was completed successfully on my side, and I have the transaction reference number T2602042006035458144813. However, the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Game balance.

Despite the successful transaction, the deposit has not appeared in my account to date. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that the ₹500 be credited to my BDG Game account as soon as possible, or, if that is not possible, that the amount be refunded to my original payment method. I also request a clear update on the current status of this transaction.
