BDG Win Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment

I deposited ₹500 to BDG Win in the Win Go section on April 3, 2026, via UPI. The transaction was successfully completed, and the transaction ID is T2604032123118712849671. However, the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Win account balance and is only showing as paid on my UPI side.
I tried to contact customer support, but the SMS option redirects directly to Telegram, and my messages are not going through, so I have not been able to reach support properly. Because of this, I am submitting this complaint here.
I request that my ₹500 deposit be credited to my BDG Win Win Go wallet/account as soon as possible, or that this issue be clearly resolved on a priority basis.
