BDG UPI Deposit Not Showing in Account Balance

I made a deposit of ₹1,000 to my BDG gaming account via UPI about 15 minutes ago, but the amount has still not been credited to my gaming balance. The payment was successfully completed on my end, and I have the transaction details and a screenshot as proof.

I have already contacted BDG customer support regarding this issue, but the deposit still has not appeared in my account. This situation is inconvenient, as I am unable to use the funds I have already paid.

I request that my ₹1,000 UPI deposit be immediately credited to my BDG gaming account, or if that is not possible, refunded to my original payment method. I am ready to provide the UPI transaction ID and screenshot upon request so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
