BDG UPI Deposit Not Credited
I am writing regarding an issue with BDG online gaming where my deposit has not been credited to my account. On 27 March, I made a deposit of ₹500 via UPI, but the amount has still not been reflected in my gaming balance. Since noticing the problem, I have tried to reach BDG customer support, but I have not received any response. This lack of communication is causing me inconvenience, as I am unable to use the funds I have already paid. I request that the ₹500 deposited via UPI on 27 March be promptly credited to my BDG gaming account, along with a clear explanation of why this delay occurred. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
