I deposited ₹2,000 on the BDG platform on March 29, 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my account.

I have payment proof in the form of a screenshot, but there is no option on BDG for me to upload or submit this proof directly. Because of this, my deposit is stuck and I am unable to use the platform properly.

My BDG game UID is 21294988.

I request that my ₹2,000 deposit be verified using the payment proof I can provide and that the amount be credited to my BDG account without any further delay.
