BDG Game ₹8000 PhonePe Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit of ₹8,000 to my BDG Game account on 03/02/2026 using PhonePe, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Game balance. The money was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, yet there is no corresponding credit showing in BDG Game. This issue has occurred only with this single ₹8,000 transaction. I have kept all the necessary screenshots and proof of payment ready, including the PhonePe transaction details, in case they are needed for verification. I request that the money be promptly credited to my BDG Game account based on the payment proof I can provide, or that you guide me clearly if any further verification is required. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
