I made a deposit of ₹2,000 on March 7, 2026, to the BDG Game platform via UPI using my Paytm account. The money has been debited from my Paytm wallet, and I have a transaction ID as proof, but the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Game account balance.
When I contacted BDG Game support, they told me that they have not yet received the funds and asked me to wait, saying the amount would be credited once they receive it. However, despite this response, nothing has changed, and my money remains stuck even though it has already been deducted from my Paytm wallet.
I request that the ₹2,000 deducted from my Paytm wallet but not credited to my BDG Game account be refunded back to my Paytm wallet as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation for why this delay occurred and assurance that such issues will not happen again in the future.
