BDG Deposit ₹2000 Not Credited UPI Payment Missing Issue

I am writing about a problem with a missing deposit in my BDG game account. On 28/03/2026 I made a deposit of ₹2000 to my BDG account, but the amount has still not been credited to my game wallet. My BDG game ID is 17300*** and the payment was made using UPI with transaction/UTR number 681140982456. Although the payment was successfully deducted, the deposit has not appeared in my BDGipl balance. I tried to reach BDG customer support, but the customer service is not working and I could not get any help or response. I request that my ₹2000 deposit be immediately added to my BDG game account linked to game ID or that the amount be refunded to my original payment method without any further delay.
