Bauhaus Ignored My Refund Request After Returning Electric Water Heater

Ten days ago, I returned my Veito Flow E9 electric water heater to the Bauhaus Bayrampaşa store. The return was for my order number 9151098367. During the return process, no explanation or information was provided to me. Since that day, the refund has not been credited to my account.

I have called customer service multiple times, and each time I was told that “someone will get back to you”, yet I have not received any updates or refund so far.

I request that this process be finalized immediately and that my refund be issued without further delay.
