I Did Not Receive My Refund After Canceling My Order

Nine days ago, I placed an order through Getir Büyük in Bursa, but even though I canceled it myself, the refund has not been processed. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, no action has been taken, and I have not received any response regarding the authorization code either. In my last call, I realized that my request had not even been processed and that no attention was given to the issue. I urgently request a refund of the ₺439.45 payment and for my grievance to be resolved. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I am expecting a solution.
