Samsung Did Not Refund My Money After Dryer Order Was Returned

On August 12, I purchased a 10 kg Bespoke AI™ QuickDrive™ dryer from Samsung.com with order number TR250812-95242899. During shipping, the product was returned to the warehouse before it reached me. However, Samsung’s system shows that I received the product, even though I absolutely did not. I have reported this issue to Samsung customer service multiple times, and each time I was told that a case was opened and I would be contacted, but I have never received any response and the problem remains unresolved. I was also told that a refund would be made within 1 to 3 business days, yet 10 days have passed and the payment of ₺26,399.00 has still not been refunded to my Yapı Kredi credit card. I want to reorder the product, but since my money has not been refunded, I cannot place a new order. I urgently request that my issue be resolved and the amount I paid refunded to me.

A return was initiated for the product, but since they entered the product as built-in for the return, the shipping company did not accept the shipment. I am still waiting.
